What file types are recommended for artwork uploads?

Artwork can be provided in .ai, .eps or .pdf format with .jpg as art proof. Adobe Illustrator cs2 or below (.ai, pdf, .eps) (BEST!) Adobe Photoshop cs2 or below (.psd, .tiff or .eps) (GOOD!) Coreldraw 12 or below ( . cdr ) (preferred)

Do you need to prepare a vectored file or a raster file?

We prefer to having Vectored file, please meet the following conditions:> 1:1 size or size in right proportionate.>Make sure all fonts convert to curves (outlined) >Any images placed in vectored should be in CMYK format and with at least 100DPI resolution when sized 1:1 If you can only provide Raster file, please meet the following conditions> 1:1 size with at least 100DPI resolution or in right proportionate, exp 1:3 with 300DPI

Can you  do color-matching?

Make sure the image is in CMYK format. If you have any critical color requirement, please provide artwork with PMS number (pantone color) or a printed swatch. Otherwise ask us for a small sample swatch for proof. Sample will be free but will need 1 working day to make and extra shipping time and cost should be considered.

If you don't have your art file ready or you prefer uploading file later, don't worry. Here is the steps.

I want my graphic order on time. What can I do to ensure my turnaround time?

For best results, submit your artwork before noon, 12:00 p.m. PT on the day you place your order. You will receive an email containing your graphic art proof. Production will start first thing the next day. If you submit art or approve your proof after the time indicated, then you will probably have to wait an extra day.*Graphic proof approval must be in writing.

ReordersI want to do a reorder of the same thing I purchased before. Do you save my order history so I can easily reorder it? And did you save my graphic art file?

We can look up past orders, but to order it again, there is no shortcut. You have to find the product again, place it in your cart and purchase it. For graphic art files, we save them up to 3 months. Please email our support to double-check if we still have your art file

Should I remove Hidden Layers in my artwork?

Yes. Just like transparencies, hidden layers in artwork can have unpredictable results when printed. These results are not always visible in previews. We highly suggest that you remove any layers, objects, and effects that are not meant to appear in the final graphic

Should I include any fonts with my files?

NO. Instead, please ensure that all fonts are outlined prior to file upload. If you are using Photoshop, please provide flattened file only.

Do I need bleed or crop marks for my files?

Do I need bleed or crop marks for my files?No bleed or crop marks. Make your artwork match the size requested on the order. We are not responsible for crop marks or registration printed.

My artwork file contains transparency, will it print ok?

No, it is always best to flatten any file you send to US. We considers flattening transparency part of basic file setup and will not check for this issue.

What is overprint, and how can it ruin my file?

Overprint is used to intentionally overlap inks for a number of reasons. We suggest that you turn all overprint objects off before submitting, for it may cause unexpected results.

Flag Templates Note

Please download and use our most recent flag templates. When setting up flag artwork please ensure to include full bleed.Safety Margin: Please keep important graphic content within the inner line. If you do not follow the template your order may be placed on hold.Pole Placement: Please refer to the Product picture of each flag to see the placement of the pole on the print. Design your artwork accordingly, and match your artwork to the flag template(s) shape.

Can I submit an encrypted pdf?

No. Encrypted PDF files may result in a misprint or your order being placed on hold. Please make sure all PDFs submitted are not encrypted, all fonts are outlined and all images are embedded.

How do you convert CMYK to Pantone?

When creating graphics to represent your company, you’ll want to ensure that the products you order are in line with your company identity and that all aspects of the product match, especially the colors. To ensure this, having a Pantone color match is paramount. We have provided helpful instructions on how to do so here.Please contact with our support.

How do I log in?

Click Forgot my password on the login page, fill in your email address, and follow prompts in your email. You can also go to login page by clicking “My Account” (Near thetop of any page on our website, click “Forgot your password?” link. Then, follow prompts.

When will I receive my order

After you placed the order,we need 2 days to handle and ship out,If you need us to do the graphic,we will need 15 days or more to handle according to your requirment

Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order

You can change before we send out the order,once an order has begun processing or has shipped the order is not able to change.Please contact with our customer service

The product I am looking at does not show me how much it is. How do I see the price?

You have to log in to your account to view pricing. If you do not have an account, register at Register page. You must have an account with Displayfactorywholesale. To make an account, clickLogin/Register and complete the process.

Change Your Graphic OrdersHow do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

At this morment, once an order has begun processing or has shipped the order is no editable from My Account page. Please email our customer service To view your order details, go to Orders. Under “Order History” click order number to find and your order.

Has my order shipped? How do I track my order?

Click My Account. Then, directly under “My Orders”, click “Review orders / track packages”. If you think something is not right or have not received your tracking number, contact our customer service

My product is missing parts. Now what?

To be sure, you can find your product's spec sheet on description. The spec sheet has the parts list on it. If the parts are missing, have your order number ready and contact our customer service

The product I want or ordered is not in stock (on backorder). When will it arrive?

Please contact our customer service. We can give you an estimated date of arrival. Please note: estimated dates of arrival are subject to change.

How does turnaround time work for quantity orders?

Each sets of items have different turn times. Also, separate orders of the same item, from the same customer, may be affected based on the current production workload. Please contact our customer service for more details.

What are your prices?

We provides instant quotes online. The cost of the item depends on the product, quantity and options. The easiest way to find the price is to go to the page of the product you are interested in (such as the 13.5ft Feather Banner page) and enter the product options such as quantity, printing and hardware options and turnaround time. The price will update automatically at the top of the page.

Can I pay after I receive my order?

No, for custom printing industry, the products hold values only for the customer ordered them once we finish custom printing, also shipping cost is not refundable. Your proof and 100% payment will be needed before we start production.We do offer very good warranties for all of our products. For details, check Warranty & Returns.

Where do I request a quote?

While our product pages provide live prices, sometimes you may need a custom quote or have a very large and complicated order. Please contact the support

What is your return policy

Graphic Items: There is no return or refund because of their custom nature.Hardware Items: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days after first received your product.The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of the issuance of the return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

However, we have production facilities inside and outside of the country. It cannot guarantee where the production will happen for each product and order. Your order may be manufactured in the United States or abroad.
